Your team has the talent. We help you build the AI capability to maximise it.

AI is already changing the way your organisation works. But without a clear strategy tools multiply, quality varies, risk builds, and effort doesn’t lead to impact.

Your team is looking to you for direction. Working with Spark AI enables you to harness this technology across your organisation – to deliver more for your clients, protect your margins and create opportunities that simply didn't exist before.

From fragmentation to clear direction

AI for Leaders gives your senior team three things most organisations are missing when it comes to harnessing AI effectively.

  • A circular graphic with a light gray inner circle and a dark green outer ring, centered on a black background.

    The strategy

A clear AI vision for your agency and a one-page roadmap your team can act on immediately, so you know what success looks like.

  • Vector illustration of a stylized letter 'F' made of geometric shapes in black, light blue, and dark blue colors.

    The structure

An AI taskforce with clear roles, defined actions, and the toolkit to make change happen.

  • Two large overlapping circles, one pink and one orange, on a black background.

    The confidence

The knowledge and authority to get your whole team on the same page, and to lead AI conversations for your organisation.

The result?

You walk away with a systematic engine for growth – a roadmap to align your team around, a taskforce to deliver it, and a flywheel that keeps you moving forwards long after we’re gone.

Why Spark AI?

Spark AI works with you to build AI capability inside your organisation – providing the training, governance, roadmap and AI workflows your team needs to lead AI adoption for yourselves. When the programme ends, the capability stays.

And it compounds. Once the flywheel is in motion, your team has all the skills to implement your strategy, build AI enabled workflows, and continually gain momentum.

Who it's for

This programme is designed for the people who will steer your agency's AI transformation – those with strategic accountability for direction, culture, commercial performance, and the confidence of the people beneath them.

  • Founders and CEOs

  • MDs and executive teams

  • Your AI Lead

  • Heads of creative, strategy, client services and operations

  • Those responsible for culture, capability or governance

The programme works best when the whole leadership team attends together. Alignment – not individual capability – is the point.

What you’ll cover

AI for Leaders runs across a full day to build shared understanding and set strategy, a 90-minute AI Taskforce activation session, followed by a further half-day focused on workflows, policy, people and culture.

The programme is made up of six chapters:

  • Before you can set direction, you need a clear, honest picture of where you are.

    • We'll help you identify where your organisation sits right now on Spark's AI maturity model – and map your path forward.

    • We'll help you reframe your thinking about AI – from a set of tools to an enabler of your ways of working, your culture and the way you create value.

    • We'll explore the hopes, fears and assumptions about AI that are already shaping your organisational response.

You'll leave with a clear view of where you are, where you're headed, and a shared language to move forward with.

  • You don't need to become a technologist. You do need to understand enough to make good decisions.

    • We’ll share the AI stack creative leaders need to understand – LLMs, diffusion models, AI assistants – and identify the only 3 tools your team needs.

    • You’ll discover the role of data in turning generic AI responses into client-ready outputs.

    • We'll explore the difference between augmentation and automation – and why it matters.

    • We’ll share top-of-class examples of AI assistants embedded into strategy, creative and client services workflows to inspire your next steps.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of the AI landscape, where the opportunities lie for your organisation, and the power of designing AI into your processes, rather than bolting it on.

  • Without a clear vision, AI initiatives pull in different directions, and momentum stalls. Your AI strategy should serve your business strategy – not just sit alongside it.

    • We’ll discuss how AI is reshaping client expectations, and the way creative work gets valued and priced – and what to do about it.

    • We'll help you identify where AI creates genuine advantage for your organisation – and where it creates risks that need managing.

    • We’ll explore your competitive positioning and how, rather than making your work generic, AI can be used to make it more unique.

    • We'll work with you to define what you want to be known for in an AI-enabled world.

    • We'll identify your priority opportunities across innovation, augmentation and automation.

You'll walk away with a one-page AI strategy aligned to your business goals.

  • Ideas and good intentions don't move organisations forward. Clear priorities do.

    • We'll use Spark's 3S Framework – Size, Speed, Scale – to assess your AI opportunities against real commercial and cultural criteria.

    • We'll help you build a balanced portfolio of quick wins and longer-term bets.

    • We’ll support you to prioritise the initiatives that matter most, commercially and culturally.

    • We'll help you identify what success looks like and how to measure it – not just in terms of time saved, but quality, revenue, client satisfaction and differentiation.

You'll leave with a prioritised AI initiative list your organisation can take action immediately, with clear success metrics.

  • The most common reason AI programmes stall isn't a lack of enthusiasm. It's a lack of ownership.

    • You’ll learn why AI programmes fail without clear accountability – and how to build the structures that prevent it.

    • We'll work with you to design an effective AI taskforce that works for your organisation and culture – with clear roles, responsibilities and decision rights.

    • You’ll agree how AI decisions get made, reviewed and evolved – so governance enables progress rather than slowing it down.

You'll walk away with a defined AI taskforce structure with clear roles and responsibilities, and first-sprint priority actions assigned to named individuals.

  • AI adoption lives and dies on culture. Leaders who role-model curiosity, openness and responsible experimentation create the conditions for the whole organisation to move.

    • We'll explore how to model AI-forward behaviours.

    • We'll work through how to build genuine internal AI confidence before you try to sell it.

    • We'll prepare you to talk to clients about AI proactively, with credibility and clarity.

    • You'll develop a robust AI policy tailored to your organisation's values, clients and risk profile.

You'll leave with an AI policy and the tools and confidence to lead the change – with your team, your clients, and your culture intact.

FAQs about AI for Leaders

  • Absolutely. Most leadership teams that come to this programme are already aware of AI usage across the business. The challenge is moving from scattered experimentation to something coordinated, strategic and commercially valuable. That's exactly what the AI for Leaders stream of Spark AI Accelerator is designed to do.

  • Ideally, yes. The programme is built around alignment, and alignment requires the people who make decisions to be in the room together. Bring everyone who shapes how the organisation works: founders, MDs and heads of key disciplines. Four to eight people is the ideal cohort size.

  • We don't offer hybrid delivery. The programme works best – and your team gets the most from it – when everyone participates in the same format, in the same way. You can choose in person or online, but we ask that the whole team commits to one.

  • The AI Accelerator is Spark AI's flagship programme for embedding AI across an entire organisation. AI for Leaders is one of five streams within it, each targeting a different part of the business. Some organisations run this stream standalone; others run it alongside streams for creative, strategy, client services and operations teams. We can advise on the right approach for your organisation.

  • AI Fundamentals is hands-on training designed for the whole team – building shared language, practical skills and confidence across all roles. The Spark AI Accelerator is the next step – embedding AI across your entire organisation for strategic impact. AI for Leaders is a stream designed specifically for senior leadership. It focuses on strategy, governance and organisational change. Many organisations begin with AI Fundamentals. The next step is the Spark AI Accelerator.

  • Very little. We'll send a short pre-work questionnaire to help us understand where your organisation is, what you're hoping to achieve, and any specific concerns worth addressing in the room. The programme is designed to surface and work through what you need – you don't need to arrive with answers.

  • Ungoverned AI use is one of the most underestimated risks facing agencies right now. When everyone is using different tools, with no shared standards or oversight, you face real exposure: client data handled inconsistently, IP boundaries unclear, outputs that vary in quality and reliability. And if a client asks how your agency is using AI – and you can't answer with confidence – that's a credibility problem that's hard to come back from. Governance isn't about slowing things down. It's about making sure the momentum you're building is on solid ground.

  • Yes. The half-day session is built around Spark AI's AI policy template – covering data privacy, IP, acceptable use and client confidentiality. You'll leave with a usable policy document specific to your organisation, not a generic document to file and forget.

  • Our goal is to build AI capability inside your organisation – the training, governance and clarity for your team to lead AI adoption yourselves. By the end of AI for Leaders, you'll have a strategy, a taskforce and a roadmap that belong to you. If you want to keep building – whether that's particular tools, workflow automations, or continued leadership coaching – we're here for that too. Our approach is to build with you, not for you.

  • The Leadership stream is part of the AI Accelerator and is tailored to your organisation and programme scope. Book a call and we'll give you a clear picture of the investment.
