Day one is where you build. Day two, a week later, is where you make sure what you built actually holds up.

We start with what makes a task suited to an agent – and what doesn't. In groups of three, your team maps its own workflows to find the agents worth building, then builds and tests a first working version, live in the room.

Day two, one week later: refine and plan
We come back a week on to test, troubleshoot and refine what's been built. You'll map more of your workflow to identify further agents, cover governance, data privacy and version control, and leave with a plan to deliver what you've built.
