AI for Creatives

AI training and transformation for creative teams
The agencies doing the most exciting creative work with AI aren't using it to do the same things faster. AI for Creatives gives your team the tools, the confidence and the creative ambition to produce work that simply wasn't possible before.
Most AI training teaches you the tools and leaves you to figure out the rest. AI for Creatives is a structured, hands-on programme for creative teams, designed to embed AI into every stage of the creative process. Your team leaves with workflows they've built, tools they trust, and a transformed creative output – with human creativity firmly at the centre.
Delivery: In person or online
Duration:
In person: Full-day core workshop, half - day build day
Online: Delivered across three half - days
For: Creative teams in-house and at agencies

Trusted by creative agencies and ambitious brands
Your team has the creative talent. Let’s amplify it.
AI is already changing the way creative work gets done. But for most teams, its true potential is yet to be unlocked.
Too much of your creative team’s energy is spent on the wrong things – the research, the formatting, the moodboarding. They’re stretched. And your agency's ambition is paying the price.
But here's what becomes possible when that changes. Days of research and mood-boarding compressed into hours. Visual concepts generated and iterated at pace. Creative routes explored that time pressure would have ruled out entirely. Briefs challenged harder. Work that sets a new standard for what your agency is capable of.
From individual experimentation to a transformed creative practice
AI for Creatives gives your team three things that change not just the way they work, but the work they produce. This isn't abstract training. Your team will work on real briefs, using real workflows, with immediate application to live projects.
-

The craft
The hands-on skills to make better creative work, faster – with reusable prompts you’ll reach for on every brief.
-

The process
Shared workflows, with AI embedded into how you work together, not just how individuals experiment alone.
-

The ambition
The confidence to push ideas further and arrive at work that simply wouldn't have been possible before.
The result?
A creative team that doesn't just work faster – but has the skills, the shared workflows and the creative confidence to operate at a consistently higher level, on every project.
Why Spark AI?
Spark AI works with you to build AI capability inside your organisation – providing the training, governance, roadmap and AI workflows your team needs to lead AI adoption for yourselves. When the programme ends, the capability stays.
And it compounds. Once the flywheel is in motion, your team has all the skills to implement your strategy, build AI enabled workflows, and continually gain momentum.
Who it's for
AI for Creatives is built for creative teams at agencies and in-house brand teams. Designers and creatives will get the most from the programme, but it'll be valuable to everyone that works in or alongside a creative team.
Agency creative, design and production teams
In-house brand and creative teams
Creative directors and heads of creative
The more of your team that attends, the more powerful it becomes. A shared language and shared tools are the point – not individual experimentation.
What you’ll cover
AI for Creatives runs across a full day of hands-on training, followed by a half-day build day in which your team applies what they've learned directly to live, in-progress work.
The programme is made up of seven chapters plus a build day:
-
Most creative teams underestimate how much control they have over what AI produces. This session hands that control back.
We'll cover the foundations of diffusion models – how images are generated from prompts, and why the words you choose change everything.
We'll introduce a structured image-prompt formula covering medium, subject, setting, lighting, composition and feeling – so your team can describe a visual with precision, not luck.
You'll build AI-generated concept visuals for a specimen client brief in the room, using Ideogram and diffusion image models.
You'll leave with the ability to direct AI visuals as confidently as you'd brief a photographer – iterating quickly and concepting at a pace that simply wasn't possible before.
-
Language models aren't answer machines. Used well, they're the sharpest thinking partner your creative team has ever had.
We'll cover the difference between diffusion models and language models – and why understanding both changes how you use each.
We'll introduce Spark's CICI Prompting framework: how to brief an AI colleague using Character, Instructions, Criteria and Inputs.
You'll build a custom AI agent for your own project – one that supports ideation, research and writing in the voice and context your work demands.
You'll leave knowing how to get genuinely useful creative output from language models, consistently – not just when you get lucky with a prompt.
-
The front end of a creative project is where the most time gets lost – and where AI creates the most headroom.
We'll cover how to use AI personas to identify trends, profile audiences and generate creative routes faster than was previously possible.
You'll build trend insights, audience profiles and campaign routes expressed as short creative manifestos.
You'll leave with a clear, repeatable process for using AI to compress the research and ideation phase – without compressing the quality of your thinking.
-
Individual AI experiments don't scale. Shared workflows do. This session is about turning what your team has learned into something the whole studio can reach for.
We'll introduce node-based creative workflows in Weavy that combine text, image and video models in sequence.
We'll cover how to build for reuse – so the workflow your team builds today is still saving them time six months from now.
You'll build reusable workflows in Weavy for image generation, model comparison, video creation and moodboards.
You'll leave knowing how to systematise your creative process – so your team can scale their experimentation without scaling their effort.
-
The difference between average AI output and exceptional AI output is almost always structure. This session is about building that structure in.
We'll cover system versus user prompts, prompt chaining, arrays and automation – and why each one matters.
We'll explore how the right prompt architecture turns a single idea into a scalable creative engine.
You'll build multi-prompt generators and automated moodboards in Weavy your team can run with immediately.
You'll leave with the ability to engineer prompts that produce consistently high-quality creative output – and to automate the repetitive parts of your process without touching the work that makes your output distinctive.
-
Great creative work deserves a great pitch. AI can make the way you sell your ideas as strong as the ideas themselves.
We'll cover how to use AI to stress-test ideas against a brief before you're in the room – so you arrive with more conviction.
We'll explore how AI helps you process client feedback faster, spot patterns and respond with greater clarity.
You'll build pitch narratives and activation strategies using the AI agent your team created earlier in the day.
You'll leave with AI embedded in your pitch process – not just your creative process – and the confidence to use it with clients in the room.
-
The final session is about making sure everything your team has learned on the day follows them back to the studio.
We'll consolidate the tools, workflows and frameworks built across the day into a clear picture of what your team now has.
We'll explore what comes next – individually and as a team – and how to keep building from here.
You'll identify your own priority next steps and the team-wide opportunities worth moving on first.
You'll leave with a clear view of how AI fits into your creative practice – and the momentum to act on it from day one.
-
The half-day build day is where the learning becomes operational. Your team brings live, in-progress work – real briefs, real deadlines, real creative challenges – and together, we learn to apply the tools, workflows and frameworks directly to that work. Spark AI facilitates, challenges and troubleshoots alongside your team.

FAQs about AI for Creatives
-
No. The programme is designed for a wide range of experience levels – from beginners to regular users. Participants who are new to AI will leave with a strong foundation; those already experimenting will gain structure, technique and tools they can take further.

Yes. We interview you and survey your team during the onboarding process, to get a clear idea of where you are on your AI journey and what's most important to you. We then tailor the programme to your needs.

We don't offer hybrid delivery. The programme works best – and your team gets the most from it – when everyone participates in the same format, in the same way. You can choose in person or online, but we ask that the whole team commits to one.
-
Every participant will need a paid subscription to an AI assistant – ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude. We'll advise on the best choice for your team. Some modules use Weavy for workflow building; we'll confirm all tool requirements when we brief you ahead of the session.
-
AI Foundations is designed for the whole organisation – building shared understanding, language and confidence across every role. AI for Creatives goes deeper on the craft: it's specifically for creative practitioners, and focuses on integrating AI into the way they actually make and sell work. Many teams do AI Foundations first, then AI for Creatives soon after.
-
The ideal cohort is 12–20 people, working in pairs or small groups. For larger studios, we can run multiple sessions. Get in touch and we'll design the right approach.
