The Spark AI Accelerator is built for agencies and brands that are serious about embedding AI across their whole organisation.

You choose the role-specific streams that are right for your organisation. There are two things we do insist on, though. First, every Accelerator programme begins with AI Foundations, which gets your whole team to the same level before the more advanced, role-specific work begins. Second, AI for Leaders should always be run alongside at least one other role-specific stream. Without the practical skills your team builds in those streams, your leadership team won't have the capability to implement the initiatives they identify. We'll help you work out the right combination if you’re unsure.

Not at all. This is one of the most common concerns we hear – and it's exactly why every Accelerator begins with AI Foundations. That stream will bring your whole team to the same level, regardless of where they're starting from. By the time you move into the role-specific streams, everyone has the shared foundation to get the most from them.
